If you’re a music enthusiast, you must have heard about the Chainsmokers. The band is widely known for Djing, music production and even singing having released “Closer”, “Don’t Let Me Down” among many other hit songs. Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart makes up the band. When people knew that they were only into production and Djing, Andrew Taggart sang along a popular vocalist, Halsey, in “Closer” hit song.
Alex Pall has also hit headlines for acquiring a mansion at Hollywood Hills. The home reflects a high level of creativity and taste and it is a home any successful person would wish to own. It is a phenomenon home built in the 1930s and it only needed a modern touch which was done. He sought the help of Peti Lau, a great interior designer and decoration professional to transform the interior of the home to fit Alex Pall’s taste. Peti Lau drove magnificence and glamour into the interior of the house and now, it is a fancy home and an icon of success for one of the Grammy-winning DJ duo.
The “Closer” hit song surprised many as Mr. Taggart came out nicely in the vocals and that marked a change of direction in their music career. In an interview, The Chainsmokers talked about their music career.
Alex Pall grew up wanting to be a DJ and he enjoyed every moment he traveled through New York City performing at an early age. However, the endeavor was not paying much and he had to look for a “formal” job to be able to settle his bills. He landed a job at a gallery and after a colleague found out about his talents, he connected him to Andrew Taggart. After linking up, they got to work and it turned out they were really good together.
According to Pall, they have come a long journey of winning and losing, every moment reevaluating, rediscovering and reinventing themselves. The Djing duo now creates superb music which people across all ages can relate to. They take part in the scripting of the lyrics and the duo now expresses their thoughts through the songs while sharing their life experiences. Alex Paul and Andrew Taggart are committed to produce music which people can relate to in a deeper level and ultimately impact lives positively.
